Workout Reminders
❧ Remember to stray hydrated before, during, and after your workouts! It's very important and it'll help you with whatever you decided to workout for (muscle gain/weight loss).
❧ Stretch before and after your workout so you don't pull anything :)
❧ Eat lots of protein!
❧ Don't exercise on an empty stomach, it doesn't do you any good or help you through your workout -- you need energy!
